Will you offer more foil colors?

- Unfortunately not, as of now we offer solver, gold, rose gold, light gold and silver holographic. 

Whats your turn around time? 

- I try my best to do less than 2 weeks but our max is whatever is shown about on the top of the website. 

What if my package was damaged or lost? 

- Let me know! I will do my best to work with you! 

Can I return, cancel or exchange my sheets/order? 

- Due to the sheets being made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If you would like to cancel your order, please let me know with in 24 hours as production starts within a 24 hour time frame. 

Do you have customs?

- Unfortunately, we no longer make customs. If you had a custom from before, we no longer have those files and cannot produce more sheets for you. 

Are you having Covid-19 issues?

- Sadly, yes. We've had dozens of orders go missing due to the postal services being short staffed. Most orders are getting to customers but if your order does not show an update after 4 weeks within the United States or 6 weeks Internationally, please send me an email. I will either refund your order or resend your order. If you send me an email, please be sure to send your name, order number along with the last date of movement on your order.
